Readers buy Warqly Coins and spend them to read a new episode early. Seven days later that episode is free to everyone, including the reader who waited — they are paying for the wait, not for the book. No exclusivity clause: your story stays yours.

Before you start

Is Warqly free to read?

Yes. Every episode is free to everyone seven days after it publishes — there is no paywalled back catalogue and nothing you have already read can be put back behind a price. Coins only buy a head start on the newest episode of something you cannot wait on.

Can I publish in Roman Urdu?

Absolutely — it's a first-class language on Warqly, not a workaround. Tag your story as Roman Urdu and it reaches readers who chose it.

How often do new episodes arrive?

That is each writer's own pace — some publish weekly, some in bursts, some finish a short story in one sitting. The shelf is ordered by most recent activity rather than by when a serial started, so whatever was written last sits at the top of it.

How do writers get paid?

Coins spent reading your episodes early and tips sent to you convert to a monthly balance. You keep 70% of early reads and 90% of tips. It goes out on the 5th, to a local bank account, JazzCash or Easypaisa, once the balance passes PKR 2,000.

Do I keep the rights to my story?

You do. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it, nothing more. Publish the same story elsewhere, print it, adapt it — no permission needed, and you can take it down whenever you like.
